I’ve spent over two decades producing documentary and reality-based content across television, digital, and branded platforms, chasing stories wherever they lead. From major television networks to running my own production company, StoryWorx, my work has taken me into unfamiliar places, fast-moving environments, and the middle of real, unscripted moments.
I got my start in New York City, producing and directing for networks like MTV, VH1, and NBC on shows including True Life, MADE, and Teen Mom. Working in the field taught me how to move quickly, earn trust, and capture something real, often with no second chances and no script to fall back on.
In a bold move, I bid farewell to the Big Apple in December 2015 and embarked on a new chapter with Infina, located in the vibrant heart of McLean, Virginia near Washington D.C. There, he took charge of media deliverables for the Federal Aviation Administration's largest Recurrent Training program, immersing himself in the safety rules and laws of aviation and ATC (Air Traffic Control). There he produced awe-inspiring video and animation content for an innovative web-based platform, covering intricate subjects within the National Airspace System. Nate conducted interviews with specialists from all corners of the country, crafted animated re-enactments, and brought to life original creative content from concept to delivery.
In a dynamic move that elevated his career to new heights, Nate embarked on an exciting journey in 2021, joining the esteemed Podville Media team as their new Senior Executive Producer in the heart of Washington D.C. located at 19th and M NW. Taking charge of all creative social media deliverables for The Lincoln Project podcast series, hosted by the influential Reed Galen, Nate solidified his position as a visionary leader in the industry.
The impact of Nate's work is truly extraordinary, as hundreds of thousands of viewers flocked to their social media outlets each week to witness his remarkable edits and captivating animations for The Lincoln Project. Through his exceptional talent, Nate cultivated an enormous and loyal following, positioning The Lincoln Project and by association, Podville Media, as a powerhouse in the world of podcasting.
As the director of the team of highly skilled editors and animators at Podville Media, Nate orchestrated a seamless collaboration that brought forth awe-inspiring content. His strong leadership and exceptional communication skills were instrumental in ensuring that Podville's viewers were consistently captivated and enthralled by the content they produced. The teams he led worked together, and Nate's ability to draw in and engage such a vast audience showcases his unparalleled talent and understanding of the ever-evolving media landscape. With his creative prowess and meticulous attention to detail, Nate firmly established himself as an indispensable asset to Podville Media, setting new standards for captivating multi-media productions.
In June of 2022, Nate took his expertise to a fascinating new chapter in his career joining MITRE, the renowned research and development organization. As a Multi-media Senior Specialist at MITRE, Nate's skills encompass a wide range of disciplines, making him an invaluable asset in capturing the essence of the organization's esteemed figures and momentous events.
